The color theory for this is really good- the palette is well chosen; not simply the use of the yellow-purple contrast, but also the muted green and neutrals; the particular shades you used were particularly striking, and everything pulls together really well. The dynamics of the lines in the lower portion of the image also contrast nicely with the rounded shapes in the upper portion- I think the effect could have been perhaps a bit more emphasized, even, if you added more of the angular tips of the grass for some of the blades. The chain around the deer's neck is interesting- it gets washed out by the neck of the deer, however, so you hardly notice it- perhaps either removing it or emphasizing it somehow? Of course, the text is intriguing- who knows what that's all about, ha. Great job overall.
I totally felt the stained glass thing on this one too, but for some reason I keep imagining this as a label for some local microbrew in Colorado. The colors work wondrously well together.
To answer your question, I don't think it needs a tag on it. This phrase is seen everywhere. Used, too. Terrific work. Lead here by your DD [where I think I didn't comment]. Thank you for all your work.
Haha. I know you requested critique, and this is beautiful, but it also made me laugh because it was so unexpected. I thought of stained glass, and then I imagined it in a church.
